Capricorn New Moon Magic

Happy New Year lovely ones! 
This year is an "8 year" in Numerology.
Year of the Dragon is Chinese Cosmology.
Both hold the energies of: Infinity. Abundance. Reciprocity. Leadership.
We are forming new relationships to our personal POWER. 

Today is the first day I have felt enough life-force energy to put pen to power-paper in the last few weeks as the whole batch of us POUND Kannapell ladies struggled with the seasonal flu and some major metaphorical deep sea diving into the realms of the vast unconscious.

I realize accidents happen and I simultaneously hold in my heart the inner belief that life is not an accident, nor does it necessarily dole them out.

I am a believer in finding the meaning.
In everrryyyyything.

Through this multi-week bout of viral mayhem, I discovered that maybe there is a crack in the lungs that carries the grief that opens the door to let the virus in so it can heal the parts of pain we could not otherwise access. 

Touch the pain and watch it transform into a beautiful orb of power-light.

Today is another kind of power sourced from dark soil as the Moon and the Sun joined hands in Capricorn at 20 degrees. A Moon that asks us to mature and evolve through the strenuous but oh-so gloriously gratifying climb to the top of the mountain.
This New Moon is also square the Nodes, which are two points touching the ecliptic that illuminate the direction we are headed, and also positions us to face the energies we are releasing. 
This exact square is a pretty rare and special occurrence in the cosmos, and a really powerful moment to be aware of the veil that is being lifted to reveal infinite space and potential. Seeds planted today are meant to be sustainable and energetically reciprocal--just like the figure 8 symbol containing the head and the tail of the beast.
